Sharon's Healthy Eggnog

Contains about 35 grams of complete protein.
- 2 cups raw milk, chilled
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons sorghum cane syrup
- 2 tablespoons carob powder
- 1 teaspoon inactive yeast powder, primary or brewers'
- 2 tablespoons raw wheat germ, fresh
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk, non-instant
- 2 teaspoons Apricot Seeds, ground
- Blend all ingredients together in the blender at high speed.
- Garnish with cinnamon (optional).
